bad treatment

My grandfather had the worst social worker at this facility. He was sent home with skilled nursing needs two days prior to his release date with no equipment in place, oxygen, or home health. Once EMS arrived to transport him to the ER the same day they sent him home, it took 7 people to put him on the stretcher. A total care patient sent home with zero help to lay helpless in his bed. Quite inhumane if you ask my opinion. I wouldn't carry a dying dog there for help in the future.
