Slowest fast food place in town. Unfirendiest people work there. Few are okay but most it just a pay check to them. No proud in representing the company in most of the employees..
if I could give them a negative one I would. Extremely slow. Air conditioning not working. An employee was walking around behind counter sucking on a drink carrying around her food. Drink station disgusting and out of all condiments. Only had boy happy meal toys. Horrible! Stay away!
It's crazy when you go to a burger joint and they're out of burgers. The ice cream machine is always down. The ice crusher for the ice drinks is always down. The speaker system at the drive-thru line is down and you can understand what they're saying when it's not down.
The website says that the close at 11:00 but they are closing at 10:00pm. I'm am done with this sorry service here at McDonald's in Scotland Neck. I can't deal with the unprofessional behavior that we are faced with constantly. Since 0 stars is not possible this 1 is being generous.
Nasty, slow, and rude staff. Always fails to give you correct change or either drops it out the window. Never gives you correct drink. Always leaves something out of your older. No customer service what so ever.
